Congratulations! Your Property Listing Request Has Been Submitted

You’ve completed the first step toward having your property listed and marketed with us.

Thank you for submitting your property information. Your request will now proceed to our initial assessment and verification process.

What Happens Next?

1. Initial Property Assessment

A broker will review the information you submitted, including the property type, location, asking price, ownership and documentation details, and other relevant information.

A property specialist may contact you if we need clarification or additional information regarding your submission.

2. Watch for Our Email

If your property passes our initial assessment, we will send an Authority to Sell (ATS) to the email address you provided in the form.

The email address submitted with your listing request will serve as the official email address for communications throughout this engagement.

If you need to use a different email address, please submit a new Property Listing Request using the email address you intend to use for the entire engagement.

Please regularly check your inbox, including your Spam or Junk folder, for communications from us.

3. Review and Sign the Authority to Sell

Please carefully review the Authority to Sell, complete any required information, and sign it.

You may return the signed ATS:

  • By email, using your official email address; or
  • By courier, if an original physical copy is requested or preferred.

Please follow any additional instructions provided in the email accompanying your ATS.

4. Final Due Diligence

Once we receive your properly accomplished and signed ATS, we will proceed with the final due diligence and property verification process. We may request additional documents or information necessary to verify the property, ownership, authority, documentation, and other relevant matters.

If discrepancies, deficiencies, legal concerns, documentation issues, or other matters are discovered during due diligence, we reserve the right to decline, suspend, or discontinue the listing of the property at our discretion, without obligation to provide a detailed explanation.

Important: When Our Authority Begins

Our authority under the ATS begins once the properly signed Authority to Sell becomes effective in accordance with its terms, even if our final due diligence and verification are still ongoing.

Signing the ATS therefore authorizes us in accordance with the terms stated in the agreement, but does not guarantee that the property will ultimately be accepted, published, or continuously maintained as an active listing if it fails our verification or due diligence requirements.

Thank You for Choosing Us

We appreciate the opportunity to review your property. Our goal is to accept properties that we can confidently and professionally present to prospective buyers or tenants.

Please monitor the email address you submitted for the next instructions regarding your property listing request.
